The mission of Buffalo Valley, Inc. is to provide alcohol and substance abuse treatment, transitional and permanent housing, economic and community development and other supportive services for low income, homeless, and other residents of rural Tennessee to help them move through a continuum of care into recovery, meaningful employment and safe and secure housing.
